Pumpkin Dump Cake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (18 ounce) pkge. spice cake mix
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup melted butter

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, combine pumpkin, eggs, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, salt and evaporated milk.
  • 2 pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • 3 sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin filling.
  • 4 drizzle melted butter over everything, making sure all the dry cake mix is covered.
  • 5 sprinkle pecans over everything.
  • 6 bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned.
  • 7 cool.
  • 8 serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
