Pumpkin Dump Cake

Ingredients

- 1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (18 ounce) pkge. spice cake mix
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 cup melted butter
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine pumpkin, eggs, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, salt and evaporated milk.
- 2 pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
- 3 sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin filling.
- 4 drizzle melted butter over everything, making sure all the dry cake mix is covered.
- 5 sprinkle pecans over everything.
- 6 bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned.
- 7 cool.
- 8 serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
