- 1 (16 ounce) package poundcake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree, canned
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2 line cupcake pan with papers.
- 3 combine pound cake mix, eggs, pumpkin, baking soda, and pumpkin pie spice into large mixing bowl.
- 4 mix at medium speed, scraping sides frequently for 3 minutes.
