Swedish Pancakes

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 -6 tablespoons sugar (according to taste)
  • butter (for frying)

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  • 2 heat skillet until a drop of water bounces off the surface. place a small amount of butter in pan for first pancake, this is to help season the pan.
  • 3 pour a thin layer of batter in pan, swirling pan just enough to cover the bottom. pancakes should be thin.
  • 4 cook pancakes on both sides just until they are beginning to brown.
  • 5 butter cooked pancakes, sprinkle with powdered sugar, roll and eat warm.
