Swedish Pancakes

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 -6 tablespoons sugar (according to taste)
- butter (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- 2 heat skillet until a drop of water bounces off the surface. place a small amount of butter in pan for first pancake, this is to help season the pan.
- 3 pour a thin layer of batter in pan, swirling pan just enough to cover the bottom. pancakes should be thin.
- 4 cook pancakes on both sides just until they are beginning to brown.
- 5 butter cooked pancakes, sprinkle with powdered sugar, roll and eat warm.
