Rhubarb Dessert

Ingredients

• 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 (3 ounce) box strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert
• 1 cup water
• 1 yellow cake mix or 1 cake mix
• 1/3 cup melted butter or 1/3 cup margarine

Recipe

• 1 put 4 cups of rhubarb on the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
• 2 sprinkle with 1 cup of sugar.
• 3 sprinkle 1 box of strawberry jello on top.
• 4 sprinkle dry cake mix on top of jello.
• 5 pour water on top of all of the dry ingredients.
• 6 pour melted butter over the top of everything.
• 7 bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45-60 minutes until golden brown.
