Oats And Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup quaker oats, with apple and blueberry (you could also use porridge oats and add dry apple and blueberries)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup low-fat milk (1%)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons mixed spice
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients together and mix wet ingredient seperate then add both together.
- 2 put in muffin cases or cake tin.
- 3 bake in oven until golden. i test mine with a sharp knife in the centre if it is still goo on knife it goes back in for a little longer.
- 4 20-25 for muffins but please allow longer for a cake.
