Oats And Cinnamon Muffins

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup quaker oats, with apple and blueberry (you could also use porridge oats and add dry apple and blueberries)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup low-fat milk (1%)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons mixed spice

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry ingredients together and mix wet ingredient seperate then add both together.
  • 2 put in muffin cases or cake tin.
  • 3 bake in oven until golden. i test mine with a sharp knife in the centre if it is still goo on knife it goes back in for a little longer.
  • 4 20-25 for muffins but please allow longer for a cake.
