Norwegian Christmas Cake

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 cup flour

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven at 350 degrees.
  • 2 cream the sugar and butter.
  • 3 beat in the eggs.
  • 4 mix in the rest of the ingredients.
  • 5 pour entire batter into a greased pie pan or cake pan.
  • 6 bake for 25 minutes until top is crispy looking and golden.
  • 7 sprinkle with powdered sugar once cooled if desired.
