Suet Cake

Ingredients

• 1 lb lard
• 1 cup oatmeal
• 1 cup ginger
• 1 cup dried cracked corn
• 1 cup sunflower seeds, chips
• 1/4 cup cayenne pepper
• 1/3 cup molasses
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 1/3 cup yeast culture
• 6 cups cornmeal
• 5 cups all-purpose flour

Recipe

• 1 melt lard on low heat in a saucepan.
• 2 poor into a really large mixing bowl.
• 3 stir in other ingredients in above order.
• 4 pour mix into cake pan,cool and cut into blocks to fit your feeder.
• 5 freeze in zip lock bags.
