- 2 cups fresh raspberries or 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water
Recipe
- 1 combine raspberries, orange juice and sugar in saucepan.
- 2 bring to boil, stirring constantly.
- 3 dissolve constarach in water.
- 4 add to pan and cook stirring for 2 minutes.
- 5 chill sauce until cold, about 15 minutes.
