Ruby Slipper Cake

Ingredients

- 1 (18 ounce) box cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry jell-o gelatin
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325.
- 2 combine the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. blend and then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
- 3 spoon 1/3 of the batter into a well greased and floured spongecake pan.
- 4 sprinkle half of the jell-o powder over top.
- 5 repeat layers ending with batter â?? spread to ensure the jell-o is covered.
- 6 bake @ 325 for 45-50 minutes.
- 7 after cooling slightly, remove the cake from the pan and sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
