Ruby Slipper Cake

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 (18 ounce) box cake mix
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 eggs
• 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry jell-o gelatin

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 325.
• 2 combine the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. blend and then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
• 3 spoon 1/3 of the batter into a well greased and floured spongecake pan.
• 4 sprinkle half of the jell-o powder over top.
• 5 repeat layers ending with batter â?? spread to ensure the jell-o is covered.
• 6 bake @ 325 for 45-50 minutes.
• 7 after cooling slightly, remove the cake from the pan and sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
