Succulent Strawberry Shortcake Layered Delight

Ingredients

- 1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 1 (113 g) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
- 1 (298 g) package frozen pound cake, thawed and cubed
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, cleaned, hulled, and sliced
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- fresh strawberries (to garnish)
- toasted almond (to garnish, slivered or sliced)
Recipe
- 1 in large mixer bowl, combine eagle brand and water.
- 2 add pudding mix; beat well. chill until set.
- 3 fold in whipped cream.
- 4 spoon 2 cups pudding mixture into large round glass serving bowl.
- 5 top with 1/2 cake cubes, half strawberries, half the jam and half remaining pudding mixture.
- 6 repeat layering, ending with pudding mixture.
- 7 garnish with strawberries and almonds.
- 8 chill 4 hours or until set. refrigerate leftovers.
- 9 makes 8-10 servings.
