Mexican Wedding Cake

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple, crushed
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 cake.
  • 2 blend sugar, flour, baking soda, chopped pecans, crushed pineapple, and eggs.
  • 3 pour into 9x13 inch pan.
  • 4 bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
  • 5 frosting.
  • 6 blend all ingredients.
  • 7 spoon and spread on cake when cooled.
