Mexican Wedding Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple, crushed
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 cake.
- 2 blend sugar, flour, baking soda, chopped pecans, crushed pineapple, and eggs.
- 3 pour into 9x13 inch pan.
- 4 bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- 5 frosting.
- 6 blend all ingredients.
