Mexican Wedding Cake

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple, undrained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Recipe

  • 1 cake:.
  • 2 mix together and bake in a 9x12 pan, greased and floured at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
