Pig Cake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 18 ounces yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 11 ounces mandarin oranges
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 3 1/2 ounces vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 4 ounces whipped topping

Recipe

  • 1 combine cake mix, eggs, margarine, mandarin oranges and vanilla in mixer bowl. beat for 4 minutes. pour into greased and floured 9x13-inch pan. bake at 350 for 25 to 30 min or until cake tests done.
  • 2 drain pineaple, reserving juice. blend reserved juice and pudding mix in bowl. mix in confectioners' sugar. stir in pineapple. fold in whipped topping. spread over cooled cake. chill in refrigerator.
