Poppy Seed Cake (low Fat)

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3/4 cup splenda sugar blend for baking
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon poppy seed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients and beat about 2 minutes.
- 2 pour into greased bundt pan.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done (will be golden brown).
- 4 cool 2-3 minutes before removing from pan.
