Poppy Seed Cake (low Fat)

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3/4 cup splenda sugar blend for baking
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients and beat about 2 minutes.
  • 2 pour into greased bundt pan.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done (will be golden brown).
  • 4 cool 2-3 minutes before removing from pan.
