Quick Cranberry Frosting

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 combine ingredients and beat with rotary beater or electric mixer until frosting stands in peaks.
  • 2 pile a top angel or sponge cake and serve.
