- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- maple syrup
Recipe
- 1 heat griddle and prepare with cooking spray.
- 2 in a bowl combine all ingredients until smooth.
- 3 pour ¼ cup batter per pancake onto hot griddle. cook 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
