Snell Family Farm Whole Grain Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
Recipe
- 1 beat the egg, the oil, and buttermilk.
- 2 add the rest of the ingredients and beat until smooth.
- 3 grease the heated griddle.
