Oatmeal Yogurt Pancakes

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 egg whites
  • milk

Recipe

  • 1 soak oatmeal in the 1/2 cup milk.
  • 2 mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet in another.
  • 3 combine all the bowls together.
  • 4 add milk until it is the right consistency.
  • 5 in a frying pan over medium heat, cook the pancake until the edges pull away from the pan about 5 minutes.
  • 6 flip the pancake and cook the second side for about 1 minute.
  • 7 be careful because it burns easily.
