Oatmeal Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups yogurt
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 egg whites

Recipe
- 1 soak oatmeal in the 1/2 cup milk.
- 2 mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet in another.
- 3 combine all the bowls together.
- 4 add milk until it is the right consistency.
- 5 in a frying pan over medium heat, cook the pancake until the edges pull away from the pan about 5 minutes.
- 6 flip the pancake and cook the second side for about 1 minute.
- 7 be careful because it burns easily.
