Ingredients
- 1 cup persimmon pulp
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup nuts
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup candied cherry
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Recipe
- 1 cream together pulp, sugar, soda, butter and cinnamon.
- 2 add remaining ingredients, mix well.
- 3 pour into 11 1/2"x9"x2" greased baking dish.
- 4 bake at 350 degrees for 70-90 minutes .
