Swedish Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 -2 egg
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup flour, sifted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 -3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 -1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Recipe

  • 1 combine eggs, milk and butter, beating well.
  • 2 sift flour, salt, and sugar together.
  • 3 beat well.
  • 4 cook as a pancake.
  • 5 batter will be crepe thin.
  • 6 spread with filling; roll and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
