Ingredients

- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup flour, sifted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 -3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 -1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Recipe
- 1 combine eggs, milk and butter, beating well.
- 2 sift flour, salt, and sugar together.
- 3 beat well.
- 4 cook as a pancake.
- 5 batter will be crepe thin.
- 6 spread with filling; roll and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
