Pig Cake

Ingredients

• 18 1/4 ounces butter recipe cake mix
• 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
• 11 ounces mandarin oranges
• 1/2 cup oil
• 4 eggs
• 3 ounces instant vanilla pudding
• 10 ounces cool whip
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 20 ounces crushed pineapple
• 1 cup coconut

Recipe

• 1 beat together cake mix, butter, oil, and eggs. add mandarin oranges with juice.
• 2 this makes 3 cake layers. bake all 3 layers for 50 minutes at 350 and cool completely.
• 3 for the icing, mix all ingredients together and let set for a few minutes before spreading. keep in refrigerator.
