Ingredients

- 18 1/4 ounces butter recipe cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 11 ounces mandarin oranges
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 ounces instant vanilla pudding
- 10 ounces cool whip
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple
- 1 cup coconut
Recipe
- 1 beat together cake mix, butter, oil, and eggs. add mandarin oranges with juice.
- 2 this makes 3 cake layers. bake all 3 layers for 50 minutes at 350 and cool completely.
- 3 for the icing, mix all ingredients together and let set for a few minutes before spreading. keep in refrigerator.
