Sunkist Lemon Bars

• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup oleo
• 1 (18 1/2 ounce) package lemon cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• confectioners' sugar

Recipe

• 1 mix egg, oleo, and cake mix until crumbly. press in ungreased 9x9-inch pan; bake at 350* for 15 minutes.
• 2 beat remaining ingredients; pour over hot crust. bake 15 minutes or until light brown. sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
