Ingredients
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 2 tablespoons corn oil
Recipe
- 1 mix well together.
- 2 there should be no lumps.
- 3 bake in a waffle iron, or like regular pancakes.
- 4 variation: add 1/2 cup finely chopped apple and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
