Orange Dessert Pancakes

Ingredients

• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 cup light cream
• 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
• 1 cup pancake mix
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
• 1 tablespoon orange zest

Recipe

• 1 for the pancakes, combine egg, cream & 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate.
• 2 add pancake mix, stirring to remove most lumps.
• 3 bake on hot greased griddle.
• 4 for the sauce, in a saucepan, mix butter, sugar, 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate & zest.
• 5 heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
