Peanut Butter Icing

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup light peanut butter
  • 1/3 light margarine
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 2 -3 tablespoons low-fat milk

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl, whip peanut butter and margarine together until creamy.
  • 2 stir in 1/2 cup icing sugar and 1 tablespoons milk, until combined. stir in other 1/2 cup icing sugar and 1 tablespoons milk. if icing seems too thick add in one more tablespoons milk.
  • 3 cover bowl and let rest in fridge 1/2 hour until firm, spread on baked good(s) store unused icing in an air tight container for up to 3 days.
