Peanut Butter Icing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light peanut butter
- 1/3 light margarine
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 -3 tablespoons low-fat milk
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl, whip peanut butter and margarine together until creamy.
- 2 stir in 1/2 cup icing sugar and 1 tablespoons milk, until combined. stir in other 1/2 cup icing sugar and 1 tablespoons milk. if icing seems too thick add in one more tablespoons milk.
- 3 cover bowl and let rest in fridge 1/2 hour until firm, spread on baked good(s) store unused icing in an air tight container for up to 3 days.
