Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 dash salt
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs.
- 2 add 1 tablespoon melted butter.
- 3 add sugar and salt.
- 4 beat in flour.
- 5 add milk and stir thoroughly until smooth.
- 6 place pan over medium heat.
- 7 butter pan lightly.
- 8 drop by tablespoons.
- 9 cook until lightly browned.
- 10 keep re-buttering pan.
- 11 enjoy!
