Orange And Almond Cake With Mascarpone Cream (flourless)

Total Time: 3 hrs Preparation Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 large oranges
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g ground almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 lemon, juice only
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar

Recipe

  • 1 for the cake:.
  • 2 place the whole oranges in a pan and cover with cold water.
