Pineapple Coconut Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box cake mix or 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
• 1/2 cup butter, melted

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350ºf.
• 2 pour pineapple into buttered 9-inch square cake pan; sprinkle with coconut.
• 3 spread dry cake mix evenly over coconut and pour butter over all.
• 4 bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
• 5 serve with whipped cream.
