Ingredients
- 2 cups molasses
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon butter
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a large iron skillet.
- 2 bring mixture to a boil.
- 3 continue cooking and stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon until mixture reaches 310 degrees f on candy thermometer.
- 4 pour into greased cake pan and refrigerate.
- 5 when hard break into pieces.
