Ingredients

- 1 cup potato, grated
- 1/4 cup onion, grated
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- salt and pepper
- oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 heat oil on med-high heat.
- 3 drop mixture into oil by 1/4 cups full.
- 4 use a spatula to flatten slightly, and fry on both sides until golden brown.
- 5 drain on paper towels.
