- 6 ounces vanilla yogurt (or other flavor)
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1 tablespoon poppy seed
- 1/2 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 heat griddle. spray with cooking spray.
- 2 whisk together yogurt and water. add pancake mix.
- 3 stir in poppy seeds, lemon peel, and lemon juice. pour ¼ cup batter per pancake on griddle.
