Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons red food coloring
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 3/4 cup coconut
Recipe
- 1 beat oil and sugar very well.
- 2 add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
