Red Velvet Cake (different)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons red food coloring
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 3/4 cup coconut

Recipe

  • 1 beat oil and sugar very well.
  • 2 add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
