Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
- 3/4 lb salmon, skinned
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon london house hoagie hot pepper
- 1 small leek
- 1 ear of cooked corn
Recipe
- 1 puree salmon in food processor until the consistency of ground beef. . remove corn from the cob and place in bowl clean leek and slice it using only the portion. in a small fry pan add pat of butter and tsb of oil,.fry leek until soft. in the bowl with the corn add all remaining ingredients and the leek . mix well form 3 to four patties. in a frying pan add 2 tbs butter and 2tbs of your choice of oil and fry until golden brown.
