- 4 eggs, beaten separately
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 beat egg whites stiff.
- 2 beat yolks one at a time adding the sugar 1/2 at a time.
- 3 add vinegar.
- 4 add flavoring.
- 5 fold in measured dry ingredients.
- 6 gently fold in beaten egg whites.
- 7 pour into greased tube pan and bake for approx 25 min at 350 degrees.
