Pamela's Pancakes - Gluten Free

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup pamelas ultimate baking and pancake mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients until there are no lumps.
  • 2 batter should not be too thick or too thin - add more baking mix or water as necessary.
  • 3 pour 1/4 cup batter onto a pre-heated, lightly greased griddle (medium low heat or 350 degrees for an electric griddle), flip once.
  • 4 serve immediately.
  • 5 extra pancakes can be cooled, then wrapped in plastic and frozen.
  • 6 to reheat, remove any wrapping, and microwave pancakes wrapped in a paper towel about 1 minute.
