Peanut Butter Fudge Cake

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine
• 2 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2/3 cup cocoa
• 3 cups flour
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 1/2 cups ice water

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees. cream butter, sugar and peanut butter. add eggs and vanilla, blend in cocoa. sift dry ingredients together and add with water to creamed mixture; mix well. bake in a greased and floured 10-inch bundt pan for 1 hour, or until done.
