Pumpkin Dump Cake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 3/4 cup margarine

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix first six ingredients until well blended, and pour batter into a 9 x 13 greased pan. sprinkle cake mix on top and then cover with pecans. pour melted margarine over top. can be served with whipped cream or ice cream.
