Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- cooking spray
- 1 -1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Recipe
- 1 in medium bowl, combine dry ingredients.
- 2 in small bowl, whisk together egg, milk, pumpkin, butter and vanilla. stir into flour mixture until well blended.
- 3 spray cake pop wells with cooking spray. fill each well with 1 tablespoon batter. bake 3-5 minutes.
- 4 place powdered sugar in a paper bag. add hot ebelskivers and toss to gently coat with sugar. serve warm.
