Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 3/4 cup melted butter, no substitute
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle ingredients in a 9-13 pan in order listed.
- 2 do not mix.
- 3 bake at 325 for 25 min or til rhubarb is tender.
- 4 serve with whipped topping.
