Ingredients

- 2 cups sourdough batter
- 1 cup milk or 1 cup water
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda, dissolved in a little water
- 4 cups flour
Recipe
- 1 mix as you would for yeast bread, not too stiff.
- 2 place in lightly greased container and let rise to double in bulk.
- 3 roll out on a floured board and cut to desired pieces.
- 4 fry in deep crisco oil. make plenty.
