Ingredients
- 2 cups plain flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup cold water
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients.
- 2 whisk in egg and butter.
- 3 add buttermilk and water and mix until just combined.
- 4 follow directions for your waffle iron in regards to amount of batter for each waffle and cooking time.
